Air Seychelles has placed an order for three new Viking Air DHC-6 Twin Otter aircraft, valued at $20 million.
The aircraft will revitalise the airline’s domestic fleet, and replace the three ageing original de Havilland Canada Twin Otter variants currently in service.
Air Seychelles flies its Twin Otters from Mahe to islands such as Bird, Denis, Fregate, and Praslin on over 200 weekly flights.
