Spirit Airlines has followed Southwest Airlines and Frontier Airlines in unveiling a new livery.
Spirit’s is probably the most extreme, looking more like a New York taxi than a plane. It reminds me of the old HLX.de scheme, and the Ryanair Hertz 737-200 in the 1990s.
The first aircraft to feature the new colours is Airbus A319 N534NK. Here’s a video of it being painted:
