Swiss Announces CS300 Routes

Swiss became the first operator of the new Bombardier CSeries last year when it took delivery of its first CS100 aircraft.

Since then it the type has been seen all over Europe operating from Swiss’ Zurich base.

Also since then, the larger CS300 aircraft has entered service with airBaltic (here’s a video of the first flight).

Now, Swiss has announced its plans for entry into service of its own CS300s later this year.

The aircraft will be delivered in late September or early October, and commence service on 9 October with an inaugural flight from Zurich to Naples.

Other Swiss CS300 routes and start dates are:

  • 9 October – Zurich to Dusseldorf, 1x weekly
  • 9 October – Zurich to Naples, 1x weekly
  • 9 October – Zurich to Paris CDG, Operates 9, 15, 17, 18, 25 October.
  • 15 October – Zurich to Krakow, once only
  • 15 October – Zurich to Venice, Operates 15, 17, 18, 25 October.
  • 17 October – Zurich to Brussels, Operates 17, 18, 25 October.
  • 18 October – Zurich to Bari, 2x weekly
  • 19 October – Zurich to Palermo, 2x weekly
  • 19 October – Zurich to Prague, 2x weekly
  • 20 October – Zurich to Budapest, 1x weekly
  • 20 October – Zurich to Hanover, 1x weekly
  • 21 October – Zurich to Brindisi, 2x weekly
  • 21 October – Zurich to Sofia, 1x weekly
  • 22 October – Zurich to Nice, once only
  • 29 October – Geneva to London Heathrow, 5x daily
  • 29 October – Geneva to Moscow Domodedovo, 1x daily

Most of these Swiss CS300 flights will be subject to change or cancellation with the end of the Summer timetables coming at the end of October.
