Inside CargoLogicAir’s New Boeing 747-8

CargoLogicAir 747-8

The new British cargo carrier CargoLogicAir, which operates in association with AirBridgeCargo in a very similar scheme, took delivery of its first Boeing 747-8 freighter at the Farnborough Air Show this week.

This is the first of a number of the type which will join the airline.

CargoLogicAir commenced operations with a Boeing 747-400 freighter from its London Stansted base. The new, larger aircraft will add extra capacity on each flight.

I had the opportunity to look around the new 747-8F, registered G-CLAB, at Farnborough. Here are the pictures:

CargoLogicAir has so far been operating charter cargo flights, but will soon enter the scheduled cargo market serving airports such as Beirut, Frankfurt, Johannesburg, Libreville and Nairobi from London Stansted.
