New York LaGuardia to Washington Reagan National Trip Report & Video

by Matt Falcus

I recently flew from New York LaGuardia airport to Washington Reagan National airport.

The flight took place on Delta Connection Embraer 175 N203JQ, operated by Republic Airways.

The pictures here show a snapshot of the trip, which took us over Manhattan and Newark, before making the unusual approach into National, which follows the Potomac River and passes close to the monuments of The Mall.

To start with, for those with a short attention span I’ve included a timelapse video of the flight.

Look closely and you’ll see the Manhattan skyline, and Mr Trump’s parked Boeing 757.

Nice vid Matt, brings back memories of my first trip to National way back in 1972, sat up on the mezzanine floor of the terminal looking through the huge windows at Eastern, United, Northwest, Piedmont, American, Allegheny, Southern and Ozark 727s, DC9s, CV580s and NAMC YS-11s.
