QantasLink has deployed its A220s mainly from Melbourne but with expanding reach:

- Melbourne – Brisbane (launched alongside Canberra)
- Melbourne – Hobart (started Jul 2024, first A220 service to Tasmania)
- Melbourne – Launceston (from Oct 14 2024)
- Sydney – Launceston (from Oct 27 2024
- Melbourne – Coffs Harbour (added in 2025)
- Darwin – Singapore (international launch from Mar 30 2025, daily service)
