Air Canada will introduce its Dash 8 Q400 aircraft onto more routes from this summer as the type continues to replace older Dash 8 and CRJ aircraft which are being retired.
This includes some cross-border routes into the United States.
From April the type will be seen on the following routes:
- Calgary – Portland, OR (1 May 2016)
- Calgary – Seattle/Tacoma, WA (20 June 2016)
- Halifax – Goose Bay (1 May 2016)
- Halifax – Ottawa (1 May 2016)
- Halifax – St John’s Newfoundland (1 May 2016)
- St John’s Newfoundland – Goose Bay (1 May 2016)
- Thunder Bay – Winnipeg (2 May 2016)
- Toronto Pearson – Sault Sainte Marie (15 May 2016)
- Vancouver – Portland, OR (4 June 2016)
- Vancouver – Regina (1 April 2016)
- Vancouver – Seattle/Tacoma (1 July 2016)
