New Airliners September 2023

This month there are some special new liveries to see in our skies, as well as some interesting new additions to airline fleets.

Here’s what’s new this month, September 2023:

 

Air Canada Jetz

Air Canada has introduced a new livery for its Jetz division. The first aircraft to be painted in the new black scheme is Airbus A320 C-FNVV.

 

ASKY Airlines Adds MAX

Asky Airlines (ET-BAR)

ASKY Airlines has taken delivery of its first Boeing 737 MAX aircraft. It is ET-BAR and previously flew with Okay Airlines.

 

BermudAir Launches

New Bermudan airline BermudAir has launched. Its first aircraft is Embraer 175 VQ-BLU. See news story.

 

Eurowings Discover Rebrands

Eurowings Discover is rebranding as Discover Airlines. The first aircraft to wear the new livery is Airbus A320 D-AIUR. See news story.

 

GOL Turtles Livery

GOL Linhas Aereas has a special promotional livery for the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie on Boeing 737-800 PR-GUX.

 

ITA Airways Blue A220

EI-HHM AIRBUS CANADA 220-300 BCS3 c/n 55235 → ITA AIRWAYS / ITY // BJ 2023 // → ALESSANDRO MAZZOLA

The first Airbus A220 to appear in the full blue livery of ITA Airways is EI-HHM.

 

Luxwing’s First Q400

Luxwing Dash 8 Q400 9H LWA

Luxwing has taken delivery of its first DHC-8 Q400 aircraft, 9H-LWA.

 

Samaritan’s Purse Adds 757

Famous for flying one of the last active DC-8s, charitable organisation Samaritan’s Purse is now flying this Boeing 757 in a similar scheme. It is N783SP.

 

United SAF Livery

Recently spotted on the Boeing production line is this 737 MAX 10, N27602, which is due to join United Airlines. It has been painted in a special ‘The Future is SAF’ livery promoting sustainable aviation fuels, and is likely to be used as a promotional or test airframe prior to the MAX 10’s certification.

 

Universal Sky Carriers Launches

New German charter airline Universal Sky Carriers, or USC, has received its first aircraft. It is Airbus A340-300 D-AUSC, which previously flew for South African Airways.
